Health Department October Schedule

The Ralls County Health Department and Home Health Agency in New London has scheduled the following events. All services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis. The Web site is ralls.lphamo.org.
Blood pressure and general:
Oct. 6 - 10 a.m. OATS meeting VFW building in Center
Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 - 11 a.m. Perry Village Housing Activity Room, Perry
Oct. 3 - 11 a.m. New London Forget Me Not Senior Citizens Building
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Ralls County Health Department, New London. Walk-ins welcome
Blood sugar and cholesterol testing:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Ralls County Health Department, New London. Walk-ins welcome. $10 charge for cholesterol checks.
Immunizations:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Ralls County Health Department, walk-ins welcome. Will stay open late on Oct. 6, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. by appointment only.
WIC, appointment only:
Oct. 6 - 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Voucher Pick-up, nutrition education, Certifications and Recertifications.
Oct. 13 - 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Voucher Pick-up, nutrition education, Certifications and Recertifications.
Oct. 20 - 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Voucher Pick-up, Certifications and Recertifications
MS Support Group:
Oct. 13 - 7 p.m. Ralls County Health Department, New London.
Environmental services:
Waste water permits, water testing and other environmental services available from the office upon request.
Birth and death certificates:
Certified copies available from the office at $15 for birth certificates and $13 for death certificates.
Pace classes:
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10 a.m. New London Forget Me Not Senior Citizens Building.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 2 p.m. Perry Christian Church.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 3:30 p.m. Center Town Hall (former VFW).
Board of trustees meeting:
Oct. 28 - 8:30 a.m. Ralls County Health Department, New London.
