Lorraine Terrill of Hannibal misses the old days of the “You Asked For It” food page exchange, which I facilitated from 1981 up intil the mid 1990s. I do, too.
She shared this favorite casserole recipe, and I promised her I would use it on today’s Readers Page, and ask you to share your favorite recipes for inclusion on this page. One recipe a week will be something we all can look forward to.

1 package California Blend vegetables
Cook until done. Drain and put in a casserole dish.
Slice Velveeta cheese over the top. Crush Ritz crackers over the top. Slice little pats of butter over the top of that. Cook for about 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
