Billy Kemp, left, returned Ty Robinson's bicycle to him at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010. Kemp said he found the bike in the caves above the Humane Shelter. Ty, who was traveling across country on his bicycle, had his bike and gear stolen from Nipper Park Monday night, Aug. 30.
