What do you enjoy most about your sport and athletics? It’s a team sport and we’ve been playing together since about fourth or fifth grade. It’s pretty good to be playing with all these kids for so many years.
What is one of your more memorable moments as an athlete? Probably in the Pittsfield Tournament this year when we started off 4-0, that was a pretty good memory.
Who inspires you in sports and why? Just my family, they support me in everything I do and push me to be the best that I can.
Is balancing academics and sports a challenge? It’s a challenge but it’s something you have to sacrifice, because you have to do it if you plan on playing at the next level.
What are your plans after graduating from high school? I don’t know what college I’m going to, but I want to go to college and play basketball and get a career in wildlife management.
What other sports do you play? Football
What’s your favorite sport? Basketball.
What do you like least about your sport? Probably the quick turn arounds and multiple games in a week, but we do a good job of turning it around as a team.
What part of your game do you most need to improve? Probably my free throws
How long have you been playing? Since second grade.
Who has impacted your athletic career most? Probably my parents, they support me in everything I do and if I need something they’ll get it for me. They just really support me and have my back on everything.
Will you continue to play your sport after high school? Yeah, I plan on it
