The pumpkin contest will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23. There is no fee to enter the contest or decorate a pumpkin on-site at the event.

Participants can submit pre-decorated or pre-carved pumpkins between noon and 2:45 p.m., or come to the pumpkin decorating area and decorate a pumpkin to submit to the contest, also between noon and 2:45 p.m. A limited number of pumpkins will be available. There will be no pumpkin carving on-site, only decorating.

Judging will take place at 3 p.m. There will be two age divisions: children fifth grade and under and children sixth grade and above. The top three winners in each age division will win prizes. CoolByke, LLC is donating a bike for one of the prizes.
