Entries must be received by Sept. 1

The Hannibal Board of Public Works (HBPW) invites children ages 12 and under residing in Hannibal to participate in the HBPW Kids Coloring Contest. The winning artwork will be announced during HBPW’s 2017 Public Utilities Week celebration in October.

Children are encouraged to have fun expressing their talents while using their choice of coloring supplies. Crayons, markers, colored pencils or paint – there are no limitations when it comes to color.

One winner will be chosen from each of the following age categories:

• Ages 5 and under

• Ages 6-9

• Ages 10-12

The winning entries will be featured on the HBPW website, employee newsletter, and social media pages.

Download and color one of the coloring sheets and deliver the completed artwork to HBPW by mail, electronic upload, or in person. Once entries are submitted, they cannot be returned. Please make copies of the original artwork to keep before entering the contest.

All entries for the contest must be received or postmarked by Sept. 1. The coloring sheets, entry form and additional details about the coloring contest are located on the HBPW’s website — hannibalbpw.org .
