Skinner ~ Ruff

Kenneth and Jacqueline Ruff, Chesterfield, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Karen Ruff, St. Louis, to Joseph Skinner, also of St. Louis. He is the son of Tim and Mary Skinner, Hannibal.
The prospective bride is a 2002 graduate of Parkway Central High School. She earned a B.S. in community health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, in 2006. She earned a masters degree in public health with a concentration in epidemiology from Saint Louis University in 2008. She is employed  by The Mattson Jack Group as a research analyst.
Skinner is a 2000 graduate of Hannibal High School and earned a B.S. in business from Truman State University in 2004. He earned a law degree from The College of William and Mary in 2007. He is employed by Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP as an attorney in the labor and employment department.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 17, 2009, in St. Louis.
