Kenny and Cheryl Buckman of Hannibal, Mo., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Renee Buckman, to Curtis Lee Jones. He is the son of Wayne and Beverly Jones of Paris, Mo.
The prospective bride is a 2003 graduate of Hannibal High School, and earned an associate degree in accounting from John Wood Community College in May 2009. She is employed by HNB Bank at Wal-mart in Hannibal as a sales associate.
The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Paris High School. He is employed by BNSF Railroad as a truck driver/laborer.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. Sept. 12, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Hannibal. A reception will follow at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall.
