The parents of Danielle Lynnea Rouse and Adam Joseph Benz, both of Pleasant Hill, Ill., have announced their engagement.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Gary and Theresa Shinn of Pleasant Hill, Ill., and Terry and Tammy Rouse of New London. She is a 2006 graduate of Pleasant Hill High School and will graduate from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in the Spring of 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
The prospective groom is a son of David and Mary Kay Benz of Pleasant Hill, Ill. He is a 2003 graduate of Pleasant Hill High School. He is currently employed as a teacher at Pleasant Hill High School.
A Dec. 19, 2009, wedding is planned at the First Christian Church in Quincy, Ill.
