Veterans Elementary School third grade gave a Veterans Day performance to honor veterans and current military soldiers from their own families and friends. After the presentation of the Colors by Veterans School’s Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, the third grade students performed patriotic songs and gave historical recitations. The students then introduced their family member or friend who has served or is still currently serving in the military. Pictured are the third grade students singing a song that included a salute to heroic military veterans. CONTRIBUTED
