Sew Fest is planned March 4, 5 and 6 at the Quincy Senior Center. The event is to promote sewing and quilting in the area. There will be workshops, lectures and trunk shows for sewers of all experience levels. All sewing machines and supplies are provided for classes.
Nancy Burg of Janome America and Marilyn Ganz of Hoop Sisters machine embroidery software company will be guest instructors. They are contributors to the book “Creative Sewing Techniques by Machine.” Pre-registration is required for all lectures, trunk shows, workshops and meals.
