Hannibal Project Graduation will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, in the Hannibal High School cafeteria.
Members will vote on the guidelines for participants of Project Graduation and the guidelines that will be applied to ticket sales, cell phones and leaving early because of school sporting events etc.
