TPA award

Collin Dobsyn, right, a 2008 graduate of Hannibal High School, was recently awarded the first Altruism Award from Post O, Missouri Division, Traveler’s Protective Association (TPA). The award was based on altruistic commitments Collin has made. Presenting the award was Bill Snell, safety chairman for Post O. TPA has a motto of “Truth, Patriotism and Altruism.” The TPA is a fraternal organization actively supporting the local area by promoting safety, bike rodeos and working for the hearing impaired.
