NECAC names new deputy director

   North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick has named Brenda Fuqua of Hannibal as Assistant Deputy Director for Community Health Service Programs.
   Fuqua will provide administrative oversight, coordination and support to the agency’s In-Home Services Senior Care, Family Planning and Women, Infants and Children programs.
   Fuqua has a bachelor’s degree in health care management and a master’s in business administration, both from Maryville University in St. Louis. She has been a board-certified member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives since 2004. Fuqua has more than 20 years of experience in health care management.
   NECAC is a 12-county area not-for-profit social service, community health and public housing agency that contracts with federal, state and local governments, private businesses and other non-profit organizations to administer and deliver a variety of self-sufficiency programs to the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged.
