Museum program to feature Thai dancing

The Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum has invited the public to join museum staff person Mai Conrad as she demonstrates and discusses the tradition of Thai dancing.
The program will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, in the Museum Gallery Auditorium, 120 N. Main St.
A native of Thailand, Conrad will demonstrate the traditional movements of Thai dance as well as display traditional dancing costumes and mementos from her home country. Participants in the program will also have the opportunity to sample Thai foods.
The program is free for museum members and $5 for non-members. Reservations are requested by May 12 and can be made by calling (573) 221-9010 or emailing reservations@marktwainmuseum.org.
