Alfred Lee Johnson, 69, of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO.  Rev. Mark E. Howard and Rev. Wesley Foster will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Friday at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnson was born February 19, 1945, in Hannibal, MO.  Alfred was raised by Carl Wesley and Beatrice Johnson.
He was previously married to Marjorie Howard and she preceded him in death.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Carol Dent (James) of Palmyra, MO, and Bridget Robertson (John) of Hannibal, MO; his companion, Vickie Hamilton; his brothers and sisters; 5 grandchildren, Tempestt, Myles, Patience, Chloe and Haden; 1 great grandchild, Ivey; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters.
Mr. Johnson retired after working for many years from Continental Cement Company.  He liked to golf and loved camping at the bay.  Alfred was a talented cook.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved his Corvette and his camp. Mr. Johnson was a Baptist by faith.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Family or the Donor’s Choice in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be W.T. Johnson, Alan McGruder, Jim Johnson, Alvin Johnson, Alucius Johnson, and Kevin Johnson.
 Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Fitzpatrick, Meryl Weathers, Floyd Mallory, Earl Johnson, and Mike Cassidy.
