  • Alexis M. Harvey, 17, of Palmyra, went by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries suffered in a one-car crash at 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, in rural Marion County.
    According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Harvey was driving a 2001 Ford Escape on Marion County Road 402 two and a half miles east of Palmyra.
    The car went off the left side of the road, hit a guardrail and became airborne, stopping in a creek. Harvey was wearing a seat belt.
    Assisting the State Patrol at the scene were the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, Marion County ambulance personnel and Palmyra Fire Department.
