  • On Sunday, April 27, the Hannibal Police Department reported that at 12:10 a.m. Sunday officers were called to the 300 block of North Main for a disturbance involving a man waving a gun around and pointing it at people.

  • On Sunday, April 27, the Hannibal Police Department reported that at 12:10 a.m. Sunday officers were called to the 300 block of North Main for a disturbance involving a man waving a gun around and pointing it at people.
    Several witnesses were identified on the scene.
    Shortly after this, Michael J. Hagen, 52, of Hannibal, was taken into custody. He was transported to the Marion County Jail.
    No injuries were reported during the incident.
    Three counts of unlawful use of a weapon were later filed against Hagan by the Marion County prosecutor. 
    On Sunday afternoon Hagan remained in the Marion County Jail on a $50,000, cash only, warrant.
