Frankie Ellen Brodhacker, 73, of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014, at her home. Frankie was born April 15, 1940, in Ava, Missouri, to Audy V. and Katy V. Potter Krider. Frankie was married to Donald R. Brodhacker April 15, 1961, in Piedmont, Missouri. He survives of the home.
Survivors include: daughters: Michelle (Richard) Waddell of Hannibal, and Dr. Sandy (Steven) Gross of Fort Myers, FL; son, Chris Brodhacker of Hannibal; grandchildren: Jonathan (Kailey) Brodhacker of Hannibal, and Heather (Levi) Brocksmith of Quincy, IL; great grandchildren: Talon and Elijah Brocksmith of Quincy; siblings: Burlene (Bob) Parker of Hannibal, Donna (Mac) Ward of Millington, TN and Audy V. Krider II of Osceola, MO,  Paul G. (Linda) Krider of Osceola, MO and Sue (Jeff) Greenway of Raymore, MO, and Penny Swank of Hannibal; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ben Krider, Elmer Krider and Ivan Clark; infant niece, Jeri Ann Swank; niece, Stephanie Vest, and a nephew, Joseph Ward.
Mrs. Brodhacker was a homemaker.
She was a graduate of Clearwater High School in Piedmont, Missouri.
Frankie and her husband had traveled to 7 foreign countries on behalf of Christian Education and Mission Work. She enjoyed music, fishing, and especially spending time with her beloved family. Mrs. Brodhacker was a Charter Member of Mission Hill Baptist Church. She was a member of the ‘Mission Hillers,” as well as an active member of Awana and Soul Winning with her church family.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at the Mission Hill Baptist Church in Palmyra, Missouri. Pastor Kent Lewis will officiate. Burial will be at the Mission Hill Cemetery in Palmyra, Missouri. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mission Hill Baptist Church. There will also be another visitation from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Mission Hill Baptist Church Building Fund .
