  • Carol Lynn Tate, 59, of New London, Missouri, died at 4:29 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2014, at her home. 
    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hannibal.  Pastor Jeff Anderson and Rev. Dale Cochran will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in  Hannibal.
    Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2014, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
    Mrs. Tate was born April 8, 1954, in Hannibal, Missouri, to Robert Donald and Irene See Brown.
    She was married to Joseph Lee Tate on November 26, 1972, in Hannibal, Mo. He survives.
    Other survivors include two daughters, Carrie Ann Booth (Andrew) of New London, Mo., and Kelly Lynn Harding (Gary) of Hannibal, Mo.; two sisters, Donna Ann Stovall (Harry) of Hannibal, Mo., and Lisa Callow (George) of Hannibal, Mo.; four grandchildren, Lauren Camille Booth, Aubryn Elizabeth Booth, Carson Alexander Booth and Benjamin Daniel Booth.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Lloyd Raymond Brown.
    Mrs. Tate previously worked as a manager at the Display Center in Hannibal, Mo., for over 29 years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and liked reading. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was involved in small groups at her church.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the James Cary Cancer Center, in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
    Pallbearers will be Gary Harding, Charlie Beavers, John Muehring, Rich Griffen, Richard Tate, Jack See and Kenny Hamilton.
    Honorary pallbearers will be Xazier Hall, Jordan Stovall, Ron Spencer, John Booth, Dave Dexheimer, Larry Koch and Ross Frankenbach.
