Four men face arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, before Judge John J. Jackson in Marion County Associate Court at Hannibal.
The men were served with arrest warrants Friday, Oct. 11, resulting from investigations conducted by detectives assigned to the Hannibal Police Department’s Narcotic Investigations Unit. The arrests are the results of a focused effort by the Hannibal Police Department to disrupt the supply of heroin in the City of Hannibal. All suspects are currently being held at the Marion County Sheriff Department.
Being held on $100,000 cash only bond are:
Keith Ashford, 51, of Hannibal
Kazuhl Simms, 22, of Hannibal
James Ivey Jr., 32, of Hannibal
Jermale Miller, 38, of Ewing
Also arrested was Alvin Mayfield, 31, of Monroe City, according to Hannibal police. He has previous drug charges pending in Florissant, Mo. Bond was set at $75,000 in conjunction with the Florissant case on July 23, 2013.
