The public is invited to attend a free program about a new project, OverThere: Missouri and the Great War, from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Hannibal Free Public Library, 200 South 5th Street.  A light buffet will be served at 5:30 p.m.  This is an after-hours program, so participants must arrive by 6 p.m.
Over There: Missouri and the Great War is a federally funded, statewide project that seeks to digitize photos, letters and memorabilia that show the effect World War I had on Missouri and the impact of Missourians’ contribution to the war effort.
