  • A teen-ager was left with minor injuries following a two-vehicle mishap Wednesday morning in Pike County.
    According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the crash happened at 7:10 a.m. on County Road 441 at County Road 439.
    A 2002 Chevrolet Impala was being driven south on County Road 439 by 16-year-old Trana M. Hagen of Middletown. At the same time a 2006 Ford F350 was being driven east on County Road 441 by 54-year-old Dale E. Hotke of Vandalia. The collision occurred when both vehicles traveled into the intersection at the same time.
    Injured was a passenger in the Impala, 16-year-old Joseph D. Hagen of Middletown, who was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
    He was taken by ambulance to Pike County Memorial.
