A pair of Louisiana, Mo., teen-agers suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle mishap Saturday night in Pike County.

A pair of Louisiana, Mo., teen-agers suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle mishap Saturday night in Pike County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident happened at 10:35 p.m. on County Road 251 west of Route D.
A 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier was being driven east by 18-year-old Curtis J. Huff of Louisiana. Huff reported he swerved to avoid a deer, causing the car to go off the left side of the road and hit an embankment.
In addition to Huff, a passenger, 19-year-old Joseph F. Adardeneaux of Louisiana, was injured. They were taken by ambulance to Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana.
