  • The Northeast Missouri C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meeting on Wednesday, July 17, will feature an introduction to a new online learning tool to build healthy communities.
The C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meets the third Wednesday of each month at Fiddlestiks in Hannibal with lunch at 11:30 a.m. followed by a program and the meeting at noon. Healthcare and social services organizations and leaders throughout Northeast Missouri are encouraged to participate.
The presenters for the July 17 C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meeting are from the Community Commons at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Community Commons is a new online learning tool to build healthy, equitable and sustainable communities. Their services include: Discovering “what’s working” across the country, making Geographic Information Systems’  (GIS) maps to help tell your community story, finding valuable data to inform strategy and track impact, and participating in forums and sharing ideas.
The Northeast Missouri C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meets each month to encourage and support initiatives which enhance the health and vitality of residents of Clark, Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Ralls and Shelby counties.
