The Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri will be hosting a Science and Engineering Day Camp July 8-12 at Hannibal-LaGrange University. The camp will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
Activities include designing and building an electrical game board, dissecting animals, taking a field trip and meeting scientists and engineers. Participants will receive a T-shirt, supplies, lunches and snacks.
The camp is open to girls in the fourth through eighth grades. The fee is $60 for Girl Scouts and $72 for non-Scouts. Financial assistance is available. The camp is made possible by the Riedel Foundation.
