The Jason Birdno trial has commenced and the biggest piece of information that's risen is that Birdno's alleged victim is his own daughter.

Because Birdno's daughter is a minor the Courier-Post is not disclosing her name.

The 14-year-old was on the stand for just about two hours answering a number of questions from the state and hard-nosed defense attorney Gillis Leonard. The teen said there were several incidences that took place in the family home in Monroe City and in the detached garage on their property.

So far a green fishing bucket has been submitted into evidence by the state.
