Judge Wes Dalton has given the Courier-Post permission to tweet during court proceedings this week.
The Hannibal Courier-Post has been granted permission by Judge Wes Dalton to take still images and tweet during the Jason Birdno which takes place this week.

Birdno, of Monroe City, is facing five counts of statutory sodomy with a female under the age of 14. Charges date back to 2006. The case was moved out of Monroe County court in Paris, Mo. to Audrain County court in Mexico, Mo. on a change of venue request.
