Garrett granted suspended sentence

Terry L. Garrett, 504 Independence, Columbia (born 1961) received a suspended execution of sentence on three felony counts in Ralls County Circuit Court on March 14. He entered guilty pleas to burglary in the second degree, a Class C felony; theft/stealing, a Class C felony; and a stealing related offense, third offense. A probation hearing is scheduled for April 2 at New London.
