  • The city of Hannibal/Marion County Emergency Management Agencies will be hosting a Severe Weather Class (tornado spotters training) in conjunction with the National Weather Service out of St. Louis.

  • The city of Hannibal/Marion County Emergency Management Agencies will be hosting a Severe Weather Class (tornado spotters training) in conjunction with the National Weather Service out of St. Louis.
    The class will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, at the Shirley Bomar Building on Munger Lane in Hannibal.
