Mr. Haggard is survived by his wife Kathryn; three children: Elizabeth Haggard, Steven Haggard and Barbara (Robert) Atchason; and one grandson, James Haggard., 79, of Hannibal, died at 3:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 07, 2013, at Beth Haven in Hannibal.
