Roadway ice is being cited as the cause of a Tuesday night crash that left a Shelbina woman with minor injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident happened at 11:13 p.m. on U.S. 36 five miles west of Hannibal.
A 2007 Honda Fit was being driven west by 69-year-old Judith L. Martin of Shelbina. The vehicle left the road after hitting a patch of ice. It then struck a snow bank before overturning several times.
Martin, who was wearing a safety device, was taken by Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
