Mr. Van Hoose was born October 6, 1957, in Hannibal, Missouri, to Roy Miller Sr. and Betty Van Hoose Miller.
Survivors include his mother, Betty, of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Monique; sister, Kathy  (Joe);  brother, Roy; uncles: Jake and Bill; uncle and aunt, Jim and Alice (who were like a brother and sister to him); and several nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
