  • 8 more inches of snow falls in Hannibal

  • Despite warnings that another foot of snow could fall, through 7:30 a.m. Tuesday the National Weather Service was reporting that Hannibal had picked up 5.7 inches of new snow overnight. In contrast, the Hannibal Filter Plant recorded 8 inches of snow between midnight and 7:30 a.m.
