City relocates snow piles to former Bubba’s lot

One of the big questions Monday, as another winter storm threatened to drop a foot of snow on Hannibal, was what city personnel would do with the additional snowfall. On Tuesday morning the game plan became clear as load after load of snow was being transported to the former Bubba’s parking lot, east of the flood wall.
