Accident injures Texas driver

A Texas man was left with minor injuries following a one-vehicle mishap Thursday in Ralls County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident happened at 9:10 p.m. on Route H four miles south of Rensselaer.

A 2007 International was being driven north by Andrew E. Brown of Lewisville, Texas. When the truck became stuck on a snow-covered hill, Brown attempted to back down the hill. The trailer slid off the road and the vehicle overturned.

Brown, who was wearing a safety device, was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
