Christopher Lee Zeiger, 218 North Hayden, Hannibal, (born 1991) entered a guilty plea to multiple misdemeanor counts in Ralls County Circuit Court on Jan. 8, 2013. Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd sentenced Zeiger as follows:
• Theft/stealing, Class A misdemeanor, 1 year in the county jail, suspended execution of sentence, two years private probation.
• Property damage in the second degree, Class B misdemeanor, 6 months in the county jail, consecutive to Count I, suspended execution of sentence, two years private probation.
• Theft/stealing, Class A misdemeanor, 1 year in the county jail, concurrent to Count II, suspended execution of sentence, two years private probation.
• Property damage second degree, Class B misdemeanor, 6 months in the county jail, concurrent to Count II, suspended execution of sentence, 2 years private probation.
• Theft/stealing, Class A misdemeanor, 1 year in the county jail, concurrent to count II, suspended execution of sentence, 2 years private probation.
• Theft/stealing, Class A misdemeanor, 1 year in the county jail, concurrent to County II, suspended execution of sentence, 2 years private probation.
• Theft/stealing, Class A misdemeanor, 1 year in the county jail, concurrent to Count II, suspended execution of sentence, 2 years private probation.
• Conspiracy theft/stealing, Class C misdemeanor, 15 days in the county jail, concurrent to Count II, suspended execution of sentence, 2 years private probation.
