  • Andrew Mark Clarkson I, 53, of Hannibal, died at 8 a.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013, at his home.
    Memorial Services, with full Military Honors by Emmette J. Shields American Legion Post #55, will be at 3 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2013. at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal.

    Memorial Services, with full Military Honors by Emmette J. Shields American Legion Post #55, will be at 3 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2013. at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Rev. Jeff Voepel will officiate.
    Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services, Monday, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
    Mr. Clarkson was born August 18, 1959, in Wilmington, Delaware, to John Wesley and Irene Gladys Guthrie Clarkson.
    He was married to Judy Hultz on October 26, 1979, in Holiday, MO. She preceded him in death December 6, 2003.
    Survivors include 5 children: Andrea Dewey (Paul) of Hannibal, MO; Andy Clarkson II (Jerrilynn) of New London, MO; Audrey Elston (Brian) of Tremont, IL; Sarah Elzea (Brandon) of Hannibal, MO; Beth Sharp (Bobby) of Hannibal, MO; brothers and sisters: Wesley Clarkson of Florida, Ginger Mattingley of Macon, MO, Donna Clarkson of Hannibal, MO, Candice Whittaker of Hannibal MO, Robert Clarkson of MO; special friend, Dee Jenson of Hannibal; 12 grandchildren.
    He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and 1 son: Johnathon Clarkson.
    Mr. Clarkson was in the Army National Guard. He was an electrician. Mr. Clarkson previously worked at Watlow in Hannibal MO. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Mr. Clarkson also enjoyed photography and loved being with his grandchildren. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club and Moose Lodge in Hannibal.
    Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
