    Kenneth Eugene Norman, 58, of Hannibal, Missouri, died at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal.
    Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Wes Tischer will officiate.
    Visitation will be from noon until the time of services Saturday at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
    Graveside services and burial will be Monday, February 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Grand View Burial Park in  Hannibal.
    Mr. Norman was born July 24, 1954, in Hannibal, Missouri to Frederick Eugene and Clara E. Fry Norman.
    Survivors include his mother, of Hannibal, MO; 3 children: Katherine Norman of Englewood, CO; Jonathan Kenneth Norman of Norman, OK; Matthew Louis Norman of Hannibal, MO; 1 sister: Elaine Benson (Denny) of Monroe City, MO; 1 brother: David Norman (Mary) of Hannibal, MO, and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces.
    He is preceded in death by his father, grandparents and an infant brother, Daniel Ray Norman.
    Mr. Norman was a successful business owner and probation officer for many years. He formerly operated a blues club and restaurant, “Park Place” in Columbia, MO.  Ken was a people person and he embraced life.  He was a graduate of Westminister College in Fulton, MO. Ken loved dressing up as Santa Claus during the Christmas season in Hannibal’s Historical district. He enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. Ken also enjoyed blues music and gardening. He was obsessed with grilling everything from steaks to deserts; he was able to make everything delicious on a Weber grill. Ken loved spending time with his children.
    Memorial contributions may be made to Northeast Missouri Humane Society or the American Heart Association in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
    Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Schwartz, Willie Richmond, Craig Tallman, Darin VanMeter, John McAtee, Carl Dean Gates, Ryan Black, Stuart Black and Herbert Thompson.
