    Grant A. Baker, 122 N. Hayden, Hannibal, (born 1989) was sentenced to two prison terms, scheduled to run concurrently, in Marion County Court at Hannibal on Jan. 29.
    Baker entered a guilty plea to tampering with a victim/witness in a felony prosecution, a Class C felony, and robbery in the first degree, a Class A felony, on Jan. 8.
    He was sentenced to three years on the first charge, and 12 years on the second charge.
    On Sept. 10, 2012, officers of the Hannibal Police Department received a report from a subject that he had been assaulted and robbed at his residence, in the 2100 block of Hope St., earlier that evening. According to the victim, two subjects entered his residence while he was sleeping and assaulted him. The subjects allegedly took the victim’s wallet, ATM card and stole his vehicle.
    Baker was located and arrested by Hannibal police.
