A jury trial has been scheduled for April 16 in regard to a case of the State vs. Kenneth W. Green.

Green, of 204 Shepherd, Hannibal (born 1981) s charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a Class D felony.

Hannibal police officers arrested Green July 24, 2012, after it was reported he pointed a handgun at a another man who had been trimming trees in the 200 block of Shepherd in Hannibal. Green remains free on $10,000 surety bond.

Green is represented by Jonathan S. Hoover, public defender.
