The Steinman’s were the owners and operators of Injun Joe Campground and Huck’s Homestead Restaurant. People would come from all over to eat and enjoy themselves at the restaurant and campgrounds. They also ran and worked the Mark Twain Outdoor Theater for over 10 years.  It was a beautiful place.  Mrs. Steinman always loved to work and she was one of the hardest working women around. She made sure everything was done and fixed and if not you better look out. As years went by, she and her husband went south for the winter with close friends.  She enjoyed traveling and camping out in their motor home.  Annie loved traveling and camping out with her kids and enjoyed the family fixing food together and having fun.  Life was good to her and her family always stuck together if anyone ever needed any help they were all there for each other.  Family was very important to Mrs. Steinman and she loved to be with them all.  Mrs. Steinman was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She attended church every Sunday, no matter what and she made sure that all the kids went too. If they were not there they would hear about it.
