  • Mayor Hark named Chamber's 2013 Pacesetter

  • Roy Hark has held a number of titles, including Hannibal fire chief and currently mayor for nearly 12 years. On Saturday, Jan. 26, Hark received another title - 2013 Pacesetter - from the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce for his lifetime of service to the City of Hannibal.
