    69, of Hannibal
    Chester L. Edie, 69, of Hannibal, Missouri, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013, at his home.
    Full Military Honors by Emmette J. Shields American Legion Post #55 will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at James O'Donnell Funeral Home. There will be no services or visitation. Arrangements for cremation have been made.
    Mr. Edie was born April 22, 1943, in Dunsmuir, California to Chester L. and Mildred Kool Edie.
    He was married to Mary Losson on December 22, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She survives.
    Other survivors include 1 daughter, Chris Booker (Harold) of New London, MO; 2 step-children: Hayley Holbrook and Jon Allen Holbrook; and 2 grandchildren: Braden and Jacob.
    He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, 1 son: Chester L. Edie and a grandson.
    Mr. Edie was a United States Army Veteran of 21 years. He served 3 tours during the Vietnam War. Chester was a school bus driver in Oklahoma City, OK, for over 10 years. He loved his grandsons and enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Edie also liked trains. He was a member of American Legion Post # 55. Mr. Edie was a Christian by faith.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the Honor Flight in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
