Live nativity scene continues through Dec. 23

The Hannibal First Church of the Nazarene at West Ely Road and Munger Lane is presenting a live nativity scene from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. It began Friday , Dec. 21, and is continuing Saturday, Dec. 22, and Sunday, Dec. 23.

Each group portrays the Biblical scene in half-hour shifts. It may be viewed from Munger Lane or by parking in the church parking lot and walking along a lit pathway for a closer view. The Scripture is read during the enactment.

On Saturday, several families were taking their children to see and hear the story of Jesus’ birth.
