Hubbard prelim moved

Trevor Hubbard's preliminary hear has been moved to 1:30 Wednesday, Jan. 9 at the Ralls County Courthouse.

During hearings Wednesday, Hubbard's attorney, Public Defender Jennifer Richardson, said she is investigating the case and was given early discovery.

"We're trying to avoid a prelim," she said. "Both sides."
