• Schneider, Livesay pass apprenticeship

  • On Monday, Dec. 17, Adam Schneider and Matthew Livesay will advance to an electric journeyman lineman with the Hannibal Board of Public Works (HBPW) after completing the requirements of the four-year Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MJMEUC) Power Lineman Training Program.

  • On Monday, Dec. 17, Adam Schneider and Matthew Livesay will advance to an electric journeyman lineman with the Hannibal Board of Public Works (HBPW) after completing the requirements of the four-year Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MJMEUC) Power Lineman Training Program.  
    After passing the final test covering basic electricity, electrical mathematics, electric systems and safety, they will receive a certificate from the program director Mike Conyers, Electrical Training Director of MJMEUC along with a certificate from the author of the Merchant Job Training & Safety Program, Dennis Merchant.
    Schneider and Livesay are now two of nine journeyman lineman employed at the HBPW.
