On Friday, June 28, 95 of the top senior football players from across the tri-states area (Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois) will buckle their chins traps one last time as high school players in the 9th Annual Do or Die All Star Game.

Senior forward Theresa Sheffer was named second team All State Friday while her teammate, junior goal keeper Kaitlyn Edge received Honorable Mention Status.
Sheffer scored Hannibal school record 35 goals over the course of her senior season. In addition, Sheffer also set the single game scoring record with 6 goals in a game.

Thanks to a nice break in the rain, church league softball was able to resume action this week. While my team was happy to be back out on the field, the rain out last week definitely hurt our bats as Immanuel Baptist fell to 1st Presbyterian Thursday night 14-4.
Unlike our first game of the season, we actually held a lead this game. Immanuel Baptist opened up the first inning by sending 8 batters to the plate and scoring four times.
