June Delores “Sug” Tharp, 81, of Hannibal, Missouri, died at 9:02 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at the Willow Care Center in Hannibal, MO.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012, at Clover Road Christian Church in Hannibal, MO. Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.  
The James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of services Saturday at Clover Road Christian Church.
Mrs. Tharp was born April 25, 1931, in Hannibal, MO, to Jesse James and Bessie Irene Reed Constable.
She was married to Lawrence G. “Buster” Tharp on September 30, 1951, in Hannibal, MO. He preceded her in death June 27, 1996.
Survivors include 3 children, Debra “Corky” Burditt (Bob) of Hannibal, MO, Larry “Ree” Tharp (Cindy) of Hannibal, MO, and Julie “Jaybird” Underhill (Mark) of Hannibal, MO; 1 brother, Charles Ray “Bud” Constable (Carolyn) of Palmyra, MO; 1 sister, Carolyn Joy Larenson (Gerald) of Hawk Point, MO; 8 grandchildren, Matthew Burditt, Alicia Burditt, Lindsey Wheeler, Landen Tharp, Kane Tharp, Jeremy Underhill, Ashley Kelle and Josh Underhill; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 1 son, James David Tharp; and 1 great granddaughter, Olivia Grace Kelle.
Mrs. Tharp was a homemaker and she previously worked as a telephone operator for South Western Bell Telephone Company. She loved Bingo and playing cards and enjoyed doing lottery scratcher tickets. Mrs. Tharp loved roses and enjoyed the rose garden she cared for with her husband. She was a member of Clover Road Christian Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to O.A.T.S. Bus or Clover Road Christian Church in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Underhill, Josh Underhill, Landen Tharp, Kane Tharp, Matthew Burditt, and Chris Kelle.
Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters; Lindsey Wheeler, Alicia Burditt, and Ashley Kelle and her great grandchildren.
