New Prelim set for Hubbard

Another attempt is being made at a preliminary hearing in the Richard Trevor Hubbard case.
The 18-year-old is accused of sexual assault, sexual abuse, felonious restraint and child molestation. He appeared in Ralls County circuit court Wednesday for counsel status, and in the process a new preliminary hearing was set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12.
